理想与现实之间：博士生学术职业社会化的张力及其消解

| 学术职业社会化是博士生顺利入职学术领域的前提，对于博士生培养质量提升具有重要意 义。基于博士生个体叙事视角，对学术职业社会化过程中的张力关系进行质性分析发现，在学术职业 社会化的不同阶段，博士生面临着工具理性与价值理性的博弈、学习者与研究者的冲突以及学术法则 与市场法则的张力，制约了学术职业社会化的效果，亦禁锢了个体对学术理想的纯粹追求。通过重塑 博士生学术职业理想与身份认同，构建融合广度与深度的课程体系，完善导师指导过程及学术职业社 会化支持制度，有助于化解博士生学术职业社会化的多重张力，为学术生涯做好准备。 |

Between the Aspiration and Reality: The Tension and Resolution of Doctoral Students’Socialization to Academic Profession

| The socialization of doctoral students to academic profession is a prerequisite to successfully enter the academic field, and it is significant to improve the quality of doctoral education. Based on the perspective of individual narrative of doctoral students, a qualitative analysis of the tension relationship in the process of academic career socialization finds that at different stages of academic career socialization, doctoral students are faced with the competition between instrumental rationality and value rationality, role conflict between learners and researchers, and the tension between academic logic and market logic. These tensions restrain the expected effect of socialization of doctoral students to academic profession, and also restrict individual’s pure pursuit of academic aspiration. Thus, by strengthening the subjective construction of doctoral students’ academic ambition and identity, establishing the curriculum system that integrates breadth and depth, perfecting the guidance process of tutors and academic socialization support system, it will help doctoral students to resolve their multiple tensions during socialization of academic profession and provide a better solution for academic career. |
