校企联合培养专业硕士的模式与运行机制    ——基于南京S大学金融专业硕士培养的案例分析

摘    要:
适应新时代社会发展对人才的新需求,开展校企联合 培养应用型研究生,是研究生教育的发展趋势。目前,国内有 不少高校开展校企联合培养专业硕士,但普遍存在体制机制 保障缺乏、师资力量和企业实践导师队伍欠缺、恰当的校企合 作模式和制度缺失等问题。高校和企业要在联合培养专业硕 士过程中实现合作共赢,需要改革传统的研究生培养模式, 从建立校企联合培养专业硕士的“双主体”机制、完善联合培 养方案和课程体系、建立师资队伍的联合培养机制、探索校企 联合的政府扶持机制等方面入手,建立校企联合培养专业硕 士的良性运行机制,以提升人才培养质量,满足社会对高层次 人才的需求。

The Model and Operation Mechanism of University- Enterprise Joint Education of Applied Graduate Students

Abstract:
To adapt to the new needs of talents in the new era, it has become a new trend of graduate education to cultivate professional postgraduates jointly by schools and enterprises. At present, there are many colleges and universities in China working with enterprises to cultivate postgraduates, but many problems have arisen in the process, such as the lack of institutional mechanism, school teachers and business mentors, and appropriate schoolenterprise cooperation modes and systems. To achieve a win-win cooperation to meet the needs of the society for high-level talents, universities and enterprises need to reform the traditional postgraduate training mode and create an operation mechanism of university-enterprise joint training of applied graduate students by establishing a “double main body” system, improving the training program and course system, perfecting the communication and coordination mechanism, establishing a co-training mechanism of teachers, and exploring a mechanism of government support.
