高等教育国际学生流动的新趋势及动因研究
——基于国际组织相关数据报告的分析

| 在全球化背景下，国际学生流动已经成为高等教育国际
化的重要体现。随着全球政治经济格局的转变，高等教育的国
际化出现革命性的变化，国际学生流动的新发展逐渐改变国
际高等教育的格局和发展趋势。通过对国际学生流动的相关
数据和报告的分析，发现国际学生流动数量持续增长但留学
目的国学生数量不均衡，呈现学历高端化和STEM领域受追捧
的发展趋势，流动成本、学费和教育支出、教育质量、质量认
证、移民政策是影响国际学生选择留学目的地的关键因素。国
际学生流动为国家外交与经济发展、高校文化多元化、高等教
育国际化发展提供政治、经济、社会和文化多重回报。 |

Study on the Development Trend and Influential Factors
of International Students Mobility in Higher Education

| In the age of globalization, the international student mobility has become an important embodiment of
internationalization of higher education. With the development of global politics and economy, internationalization of
higher education displays a revolutionary shift. Development and change of international student mobility will change
the development trend and pattern of international higher education. Through analyzing relevant data and reports,
it is found that the new trends include continuous increasing number of international students, imbalance among
destination countries, advanced degrees and popularity of the STEM program. Meanwhile, the key underlying factors
affecting students’ choice include mobility costs, education costs and tuition, quality of programs, quality assurance
and immigration policy. International student mobility will provide multiple economic, social and cultural benefits
for the development of national diplomacy and economy, multicultural campus and the internationalization of higher
education. |
