“一带一路”高校专业国际认证的中国策略

| 专业是高校人才培养的基本单元，专业认证是保证人
才培养质量的重要手段。在推进共建“一带一路”行动中，
我国应当体现大国担当，努力推进面向沿线国家和地区高校
专业的国际认证制度，从根本上消解专业人才在该区域内流
通的体制弊端，从而为共建“一带一路”提供人才支撑。具
体在“一带一路”中的高校专业国际认证协议签署、成立国
际认证机构、制定专业认证标准、专业认证程序等方面，我
国可以提供必要的资源、方案等方面的支持。 |

China’s Measures for Establishing the International
Professional Accreditation System in Universities on the
Belt and Road

| Specialty is the basic unit of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, and professional
accreditation is an important means to guarantee the quality of personnel training. With the promotion of the "Belt
and Road" Initiative, China should take the lead to establish the international professional accreditation system in
universities and colleges along the Belt and Road, thus fundamentally reducing the institutional limits on circulation of
professional talents in the region and providing talents for the joint construction of the "Belt and Road". China could
offer resources and schemes for universities for signing the agreement on the international professional accreditation,
setting up international certification institutions, and establishing accreditation standards and procedures, etc. |
