日本京都大学教育学科的现状与特色

摘    要:
日本高校在学院层面普遍设有教育学人才培养和研究 机构,一流大学中这一比例更高。京都大学教育学研究科(学 部)立足学科面向社会,以学术研究和研究生培养为中心构建 教授共同体组织结构和学科专业体系,拥有一支以教授为主, 研究经费充足、成果丰硕、学术交流频繁、规模稳定的研究型 教师队伍;人才培养注重卓越知识的继承与创新精神的培养, 严格执行培养过程中的阶段性目标,规范培养环节,确保人才 培养的高质量;毕业生中本科生和硕士生保持高升学率,就业 除教育相关机构以外,企业成为最大就业方向,拓展了教育学 科的生存与发展空间。

The Status and Academic Features of Education Science at Kyoto University

Abstract:
Most Japanese colleges and universities have established education schools for talent training and academic research, of which the proportion is much higher in world class universities. This paper introduces the education discipline at Kyoto University, including its organization, teachers, talent training, further study and employment of graduates. As a typical example of Japanese universities, the Graduate School of Education at Kyoto University has conducted society-oriented discipline research. It has also formed a professor-oriented community and a discipline system by centering on academic research and postgraduates training. With a stable team of research-oriented professors, the School owns abundant research funds, fruitful achievements and frequent academic communication. In terms of talent training, it focuses on knowledge inheritance and the cultivation of innovative spirit. Moreover, it sticks to strict enforcement of phase objectives and standardizes the whole training process, thus ensuring the high quality of talents training. For its graduates, the rate of further study is rather high. Besides, many of its graduates find jobs at enterprises except educational institutions, which expands its living and developing space.
