| “世界一流大学建设”是韩国大学改革发展的重要政
策议题之一。首尔国立大学教育学科作为高等教育领域的改革
引领者，实施了一系列首开先河的学科治理模式新举措。首尔
国立大学教育学科推行的特色教育课程体系中突出了“通识教
育”的重要性；教育学科承载并下辖多种科研机构，因此提升
了整体科研水平；国际化师资队伍对于学科的持续发展提供了
可能；人才培养模式方面重视创新型人才培养，从人才智力资
源层面服务国家和社会发展。 |

| The construction of world-class universities remains an important policy issue of university reform and
development in South Korea. The education discipline of National Seoul University, as the leader in the field of higher
education reformation, has implemented a series of new measures for the discipline governance model. The featured
education course system of Seoul National University highlights "general education". Education discipline involves
various types of scientific research institutions, which has effectively improved the overall level of scientific research.
A team of international teaching staff makes it possible for continuous development of the education discipline.
And the cultivation of innovative talents helps to provide human resources for the country and society. To learn the
governance experience of education discipline of Seoul National University is of great significance for the reform and
development of education |
