大学共同治理的博弈机制研究

摘 要: |
大学共同治理强调利益相关者的决策参与,创造并维持
了学术自由、批判性思维、挑战、态度与经验的真实回馈,进而
将群体与大学维系在一起。然而,大学共治的原则在当前正经
受着内外部环境影响的检验。学术参与行政治理的过程中,双
方缺少普遍的信任和合作基础,经过有限理性的进化博弈,未
必形成完全理性的均衡结果。同样,基于专业权威的学术治理
也存在明显的局限性,不同学科学术人员利益博弈的结果往往
导致集体的非理性。所以,共同治理应当成为大学学术文化的
组成部分,以行政和学术双方合作信任的期望价值为引导,从
竞争、多样性的角度构建双方有效共治的平台。 |

A Study on the Gaming Mechanism for Co-governance at
Universities

Co-governance at universities requires stakeholders to take part in the decision-making process, creates
and sustains academic freedom, critical thinking, challenges, and honest feedback of attitudes and actions, and thus ties
groups to institutions. However, the principles of co-governance have being tested more thoroughly than ever before.
Trust and a cooperation basis are absent between the administration and the academic faculty when the academic
faculty take part in the administrative decision-making process. Even after a period of limited rational evolutionary
game, a completely rational balance may not be achieved. On another aspect, the governance based on the academic
authority has an obvious limitation that is collective irrationality caused by the interest game among faculty members
of different disciplines. Therefore, co-governance should be integral to the academic culture of universities. Guided by
the expected value of trust and cooperation, two parties must construct a platform of effective co-governance from the
perspectives of competition and diversity. |
