“中国特色视角下‘双一流’建设研讨会”综述

| 2017年11月26日，北京师范大学中国教育与社会发展
研究院与北京师范大学高等教育研究所联合召开了“中国特色
视角下‘双一流’建设高端研讨会”，旨在贯彻落实党的十九大
报告精神，探讨新时代背景下中国“双一流”建设的新范式、新
逻辑、新维度和新内涵，为实现我国教育强国的国家宏观战略
提出建设性意见与建议。本次研讨会邀请了来自教育部、高等
教育学会、各大高校和科研院所的专家学者与会。专家学者们
着重围绕“双一流”建设在学科发展、人才队伍、经费拓展、战
略规划等方面展开了深入而全面的探讨，提出了诸多具有前瞻
性与战略性的政策建议。 |

| On November 26th, 2017, Institute of China Educational and Social Development and Institute of
Higher Education from Beijing Normal University jointly held a seminar about “Chinese perspective on Chinese
‘Double First-Class’ Construction” which aimed to study the spirit of President Xi’s report at the 19th CPC National
Congress, to explore the new paradigm, the new logic, the new dimension and the new connotation of the “Double-First
Class” construction in a new era, and to put forward many constructive opinions and suggestions for the realization of
China's national macro strategy of strengthening education. The seminar invited experts and scholars from the Ministry
of Education, China Association of Higher Education, colleges and universities, and scientific research institutes,
who carried out a profound and wide-range discussion on discipline development, talent team, expense increment,
strategic planning, and put forward considerable prospective and strategic suggestions for the “Double-First Class”
construction. |
