中国大学校名乱象及其治理思路

| 摘 要： |
| 近几年来，中国大学更名浪潮风起云涌。在这股浪潮
背后存在着种种乱象，其主要表现为高度趋同化。这些乱象
是传统思想和社会现实等多重作用下导致的结果，已对高等
教育秩序造成了负面影响，到了非治理不可的地步。大学治理
是大学内在理性发展的必然，校名治理应成为大学治理的重
要方面。治理从理论上有外部和内部两条路径。校名治理需
要政府有关部门加强管控，更需要大学自身理性觉醒之后的
自治。大学在命定校名时应借鉴国外大学的通行做法，也可从
学生行业分布或学校主干学科考虑，并广泛听取公众意见以
实现“多元共治”。 |

The Chaos of Universities' Names in China and its
Governance Ideas

| In recent years, the wave of renaming universities' names has emerged in China.
While, there are many kinds of chaos behind the wave and its main performance is a high degree
of assimilation. The chaos, as a result of multiple effects of traditional thoughts and social reality, is
generally caused by various reasons. It has caused negative influence on higher education order, which
should be managed. University governance is the inevitable development of university internal rationality,
and the governance of universities' names should become an important aspect of university governance.
In theory, there are two paths of governance, i.e., external and internal paths. The governance of
universities' names needs not only controls by the relevant government departments, but also universities'
autonomy after rational awakening. Universities should learn from the practice of foreign universities, or
consider the students’ industry distribution or universities’ main subjects, and listen to public opinions.
In this way, "multiple co- governance" will be realized. |
