我国高等教育现代化的实现特征与理论建构

摘    要:
目前,我国正经历着由高等教育大国向高等教育强国的 转变,教育现代化的建设任务已经确立。高等教育现代化是一 个具有目标指向的发展过程,“建设”是主观追求、“实践”是 客观探索,二者构成了我国高等教育现代化的实现特征,“建 设性实践型”也就进而上升为一种发展模式。我国高等教育现 代化的发展目标为高等教育强国、人的全面发展和促进先进文 化,理论体系需要体现理论、制度、道路的三位一体,实施路 径包括国家推动的建设发展和学校选择的办学实践。

Analysis of Characteristics and Theory-building of Chinese Contemporary Higher Education Modernization Development

Abstract:
At present, Chinese higher education is experiencing the transition from a big country to a strong country, and the construction of education modernization task has been established. This paper argues that higher education modernization is an aim -oriented development process, "construction" is a subjective pursuit, and "practice" is an objective exploration. They constitute the characteristics of higher education modernization of in our country. So "constructive practice" has been risen to a development mode. The development goals of higher education modernization include the construction of the nation of powerful higher education, human's all-round development and the promotion of advanced culture. Its system consists of theory, system and roads, which implementation path includes the construction promoted by the nation and the practice chosen by school.
