知识冲突中的大学

| 大学是知识冲突的产物，大学在兴起和发展的过程中
不断与外界社会组织发生着冲突。从功能论视角看，知识冲突
是大学组织变革的动力。大学利用冲突不断提高自身的社会地
位。大学同教会进行知识权威地位的争斗，与社会多元知识观
进行的博弈，在当前同技术理性、工具理性和消费主义的观念
相抗衡。知识类型与观念上的冲突不断改变着大学的面貌。实
际上，这些源于知识的冲突为大学赢得了更多的文化资本，同
时也积聚了更强有力的社会影响力。现代社会中，大学面临新
的知识生产模式与消费理念的挑战，大学唯有坚持知识的人性
取向，才能保留自身的价值。 |

| University is a product of knowledge conflict, it has conflict with the outer social
organization continually in the process of its rise and development. From the perspective of functionalism,
knowledge conflict is the impetus for the reform of university organization. University improves social
status by using the conflict. University had fight with Church for the status of knowledge authority
and battled with the diverse knowledge views in society, and now, university competes with technical
rationality, instrumental rationality and consumerism. Conflicts among knowledge types and idea are
changing the appearance of university. In fact, these conflicts which stem from knowledge not only won
more cultural capital but also accumulated a stronger social influence for university. In modern society,
universities are facing the challenge of new modes of knowledge production and consumption patterns,
only insisting on human orientation of knowledge can universities retain their value. |
