大学治理的制度逻辑及其选择

| 制度为大学治理提供了稳定的规范性结构，同时也为大学治理的组织行为提供了道德框架。制度逻辑应该是现代大学发展的前提和保障。现代大学的治理需要充分考虑制度的维度。大学治理的制度逻辑，不仅要关注大学制度本身的合理性和科学性，还要依赖于这种制度的执行和实施状况。制度逻辑能够塑造大学治理的“图腾”；制度逻辑能够调动行动者的主动性；制度逻辑能够引领大学文化的革新。制度逻辑视域中大学治理的路径选择需要改革制度的参与机制，重视制度的回报机制，建立制度的完善机制。 |

Logic and Selection of the System of University Governance

| The system provides not only a stable regulatory structure for university governance, but also a moral framework for the organizational behavior of university governance. The system logic should be a prerequisite and guarantee for the development of the modern university. So the modern university governance should take the dimension of the system into consideration. At the same time, the system logic of university governance, should not only pay attention to the university system itself, such as rationality and scientific nature, and also rely on the implementation and status of implementation of such a system. The system logic can shape the "totem" for the university governance, mobilize the initiative of the actors and finally lead the innovation of university culture. From the perspective of the system logic, the choices for path of university governance need to reform the participation mechanisms, emphasis the return mechanism and last establish an improving mechanism of the system. |
