学术复兴与人才培养：近代大学国学研究机构考察

| 近代大学创办国学研究机构，以实现学术复兴和人才培养为目标，通过严格招生和遴选规 则、延聘中外优秀学者组建阵容强大的师资队伍、设置新旧杂陈与中西结合的学科体系、组织学术社团 并发行期刊以提供学术交流平台等举措，培养了一批国学专业人才。这些人才毕业后依旧从事国学研究 和教育事业，为近代国学发展及人才培养作出了独特贡献。从学术复兴和人才培养角度，对国学研究 机构进行系统的脉络梳理，有助于进一步认识近代大学国学研究机构在近代高等教育史上的意义，对 当代大学教育如何传承优秀传统文化，以及怎样培养文化继承者也具有深刻的借鉴价值。 |

| Modern universities set up Sinology research institutions with the goal of achieving academic revival and talent training. They have established a strong faculty team through strict enrollment and selection rules, hired Chinese and foreign outstanding scholars, set up a discipline system combining old and new with Chinese and Western, and organized academic associations and issued journals to provide an academic exchange platform. A large number of Chinese scholars have been trained in these institutions. After graduation, these scholars are still engaged in Chinese studies and education, and have made unique contributions to the development of modern Chinese studies and personnel training. From the perspective of academic revival and talent training, systematically sorting out the context of Sinology research institutions will be helpful for further understanding the significance of modern university Sinology research institutions in the history of modern higher education, inheriting excellent traditional culture in contemporary university education, and cultivating cultural inheritors . |
