教育学科类重大攻关项目影响力分析

| 摘 要: |
| 教育部设立哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目的目的,是为了产出具有重要学术价值和社 会影响力的标志性成果。以教育学科为例,从论文被引、政策咨询报告与著作、科研团队等维度着重分 析重大攻关项目产出对学科知识、教育实践、学科组织的影响。结果表明,多数重大项目成果实现了预 期效应:在学科知识扩散方面,项目的论文成果呈现出转载率高、被引高端、学科扩散程度高、学术影 响持续时间长等特点;在推动教育实践方面,项目的政策咨询报告成果发挥了重要智库作用,著作则起 到了重要的观念引领和技术支撑效果;在学科组织方面,围绕重大项目形成了凝聚力高、影响力大的科 研团队,促进了人才培养和科学研究功能的提升。研究还发现,某些重大项目成果产出少、凑数、契合 度低,未达到预期目标,宜进一步加强项目管理。 |

| The purpose of the Ministry of Education to set up major research projects on philosophy and social science research is to produce landmark results with important academic values and social influence. Taking education discipline as an example, this study focuses on analyzing the impact of major research projects on disciplinary knowledge, educational practice, and disciplinary organization from the perspectives of paper citations, policy consultation reports and works, and scientific research teams. The study shows that most major project outcomes have achieve their intended outcomes. In terms of the dissemination of disciplinary knowledge, the results of papers in these projects show the characteristics of high reprint rate, high-end citations, wide coverage, and long duration. In terms of promoting educational practice, the results of policy consultation report have played an important role as a think tank, and the works have played an important role in leading ideas and providing technical support. In terms of discipline organization, a research team with high cohesion and great influence has been formed around major projects, which has promoted the cultivation of talents and the improvement of scientific research functions. The study also found that some major projects have less output, make up the number, and have a low degree of fit, thus they failed to achieve the expected goals. It is advisable to further strengthen project management. |
