大学文化生态及其优化

摘 要: |
大学文化生态是指大学文化系统中诸要素在运行和互
动中所形成和显示出来的动态关系。大学文化生态具有育人
性、学术性、批判性、开放性等特征,由教学文化生态、学
术文化生态和管理文化生态组成。囿于大学自身的逻辑矛盾
和生态环境的种种影响,大学文化生态建设中存在着教学精
神遮蔽化、学术取向功利化、管理体制行政化等失衡倾向。
整治大学文化生态失衡,需从优化文化生态环境、健全文化
生态机制、重塑文化生态个性、提升主体文化自觉上着力。 |

University cultural ecology refers to the dynamic relationship formed and displayed in the operation and
interaction of various elements in the university cultural system. The university cultural ecology has the characteristics
of educating, academic, critical roles and openness. It is composed of teaching cultural ecology, academic cultural
ecology and management cultural ecology.
Teaching cultural ecology is the fundamental of university culture ecology, the collective value orientation of
university teachers and students developed in the long-term teaching process, and an interactive environment between
teachers and teachers, between teachers and students, and between teachers and management. University teaching
cultural ecology is not equal to classroom teaching culture, but includes explicit culture and implicit culture related to
teaching outside the classroom, such as teaching spiritual culture, teaching system culture, teaching behavioral culture
and teaching environmental culture. If the teaching cultural ecology with the goal of educating people is unbalanced, it
will inevitably affect the quality of personnel training and the professional growth of teachers, and at the same time, it
will also affect the teaching quality of universities and the reputation of society.
Academic cultural ecology is the root of university cultural ecology, which is composed of "academic-scholarenvironment".
It is a dynamic system of complex academic research for the purpose of academic inheritance and
innovation. It is composed of academic mentality culture, academic system culture, academic behavioral culture and
academic material culture. Once the academic and cultural ecology is formed, it will be integrated into the teaching,
scientific research, academic exchanges and research emotions of academic members, and profoundly affect their
academic awareness, mode of thinking, values and aesthetic taste. It can be said that a good academic and cultural
ecology can form a good style of study, research and academic habits, related to the birth of masters, personnel training
and scientific research results.Management cultural ecology is the soul of university cultural ecology. It is a dynamic
system for university administrators to coordinate the internal management relations of universities with ecological
laws based on the inherent characteristics of the operation of university cultural organizations.
Management cultural ecology, first of all, is a kind of democratic management culture. It emphasizes the concept
of human-centered, system-first, scientific and democratic, independent and open management. It plays an active role
in supporting and safeguarding the teaching cultural ecology and academic cultural ecology. At the same time, the
management cultural ecology is also a kind of behavioral culture generated by the interaction between managers and
the managed. It has positive guidance, cohesion and incentive, restraint and standardization, assimilation and radiation
effects on university teachers and students.
At present, due to the logic contradiction and the influence of the ecological environment of the University itself,
the university is no longer a "pure land" and the campus is no longer an "ivory tower". The imbalance of cultural
ecology, such as the shading of teaching spirit, the utilitarianism of academic orientation and the administration of
management system, is degrading the sacredness and banner of the University and dispelling it. With the character
and strength of the University, the efforts and struggles of the university are devoured. There are many reasons for
this, which are influenced not only by the external factors of society, but also by the internal factors of colleges and
universities. The influence of social external factors mainly includes the erosion of economic marketization, the
impact of cultural pluralism, the drive of information network and the threat of popularization of higher education; the
restriction of internal factors in Colleges and universities includes the strengthening of administrative standard, the
expansion of instrumental rationality, the solidification of government dependence, and the ambiguity of University
orientation. Facing the various problems and unbalanced situation of university cultural ecology, we must make great
efforts to rectify and optimize the cultural ecology. To renovate and optimize the cultural ecology of universities,
efforts should be made to optimize the cultural ecological environment, perfect the cultural ecological mechanism,
reshape the cultural ecological individuality and enhance the subjective cultural consciousness. |
