近年有关“一带一路”主题的高等教育研究回顾与
展望

| “一带一路”倡议对高等教育研究具有方向性影响。
不少研究者从高等教育的视角对“一带一路”倡议进行解读
与践行，该主题已成为教育领域研究的新热点。以中国知网
（CNKI）近年来公开发表的有关“一带一路”主题的高等教
育研究的CSSCI论文为基础，从高等教育人才观、区域高等
教育发展、教育资源整合、国别层次的高等教育交互以及国
内高等院校对外交流五个方面进行回顾和分析，可以发现，
当前有关“一带一路”主题的高等教育研究存在着研究的深
度和广度不够、研究的联结性不足、微观研究与宏观研究结
合不充分等问题，需要高等教育研究者进一步挖掘理论内涵
与实践智慧，给决策者和实践者提供有益参考。 |

Higher Education Retrospect and Prospect about the
Theme of the Belt and Road Initiative in Recent Years

| Along with the advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative, many scholars have started to interpret and
practice the Belt and Road Initiative from the perspective of higher education. This paper analyzes higher education
papers on B&R which have been published in the past three years from CNKI, a Chinese academic library, from five
aspects including the talent view, the development of regional higher education, integration of education resources,
communication or interaction among national universities, and exchange or dialogue between universities in provinces
located along the Belt and Road and foreign universities. After the analysis, it is found that the higher education
research on B&R lacks depth, breadth, links, and combination of micro and macro study. This field needs to be
explored theoretically and practically by the higher education researchers for decision makers and doers. |
