摘    要:
高校青年教师是高校教师队伍的主力军,保障教学质 量需要青年教师教学发展。自主发展和学校促进是青年教师 教学发展的主要策略,前者包括增强教学发展意识,丰富教学 知识,提高教学能力,进行教学反思与开展教学研究;后者包 括完善教学发展制度,建立健全教师教学发展机构,推行教学 发展项目,改进教学培训。

Abstract:
The young faculty are not only the main teaching staff but also the major force of teaching quality assurance at colleges and universities, so their teaching improvement is the most fundamental measure of teaching quality assurance. Self-development and college promotion are the two means for young teachers to improve their teaching. Therefore, in order to boost their teaching development, young faculty should enhance the consciousness of teaching development, enrich the teaching knowledge, improve teaching ability, and conduct teaching reflection and teaching research. Schools should improve the teaching development system, build and perfect teaching development agencies, promote teaching projects and enhance teaching training.
