中国急需构建精英教育体系

| 教育学和心理学界一致认为，人的智力是有差异的，始
终存在极少数的智力超常儿童或天才式的人物，这是实施精英
教育的前提和基础。精英教育的目的是培养各个领域里的精
英人才。他们是国家的栋梁之材，对发展国家的政治、军事、经
济、科学、文化和艺术将起着核心的作用。本文扼要地介绍了
精英理论、古今教育概况和实施精英教育的模式。同时，笔者
指出我国当今缺失精英教育，急需构建从基础教育到高等教育
的精英教育体系。 |

An Urgent Need to Establish an Elite Education System in
China

| In the fields of education and psychology, scholars believe that men are different in terms of intelligence
and therefore there have always been a few talents with rather high intelligence, which provides a basis for elite
education. The elite education is constructed to cultivate talents in all kinds of fields, who become pillars of the
country and play an essential role for the development of national politics, military, economy, science, culture and arts.
In this paper, the elite theory, the elite education mode, and the general situation of the present and past education are
briefly introduced. It also points out that China lacks elite education, so there is an urgent need to establish an elite
education system from elementary education to higher education. |
