三分法：成人高等教育人才培养的新思维

| 在经济社会新常态、教育改革新发展与成人学习新需
求的大背景下，“倒逼”成人高等教育人才培养模式创新成为
一种必然趋势。为此，湖南农业大学的成人高等教育经过多
年的教学改革与实践，创造性地建立起了以“分类、分层、分
段”为核心的“三分法”成人高等教育人才培养体系，提出“三
需并举”的教学原则、“三分多维”的教学设计、“三成合一”
的人才培养定位、“三层融合”的培养计划、“三化同步”的教
学手段、“三师转型”的教学依托、“三考综合”的教学评价，
致力为成人学习者打造一条“成人—成才—成功”的发展路
径，推动基于“需求导向”的成人高等教育人才培养转型。 |

Trichotomy: New Thoughts on Talent Cultivation of Adult
Higher Education

| In the background of new economic and social normality, new development in education
reform and new demand in adult study, innovation in talent cultivation of adult higher education is
“forced” to be an irresistible trend. Hereby, adult higher education in Hunan Agricultural University
has creatively founded a “trichotomous” talent cultivation system of adult higher education whose core
covers “classification, hierarchy and segmentation” after years of teaching reform and practice, and
put forward corresponding teaching principle, teaching design, talent cultivation orientation, cultivation
plan, teaching methods, teaching support and evaluation. It committed to building a development path
of “grownup-talent-success” for adult learners and driving transformation of talent cultivation of adult
higher education based on demand orientation. |
