大学生职业生涯教育课程体系改革与创新

| 摘 要： |
| 大学生职业生涯教育课程的终极目标是促进学生全面
发展和终身发展。然而，在当下生涯教育实践中，却明显存在
课程价值取向偏离、课程目标定位偏颇、课程内容安排偏窄
以及课程活动方式“异化”等现象，很大程度上影响了课程
终极目标的实现。因此，立足学生，建立“发展为本”的课程
观念、坚持“可持续发展”的课程定位、整合创新课程内容以
及实施“全程全面”式课程教学，乃是改革创新生涯教育课
程体系的当务之急。 |

| The ultimate goal of college students' career education curriculum is to promote students'
all-round development and lifelong development. However, in the current career education practice, some
obvious problems, such as the deviation of value orientation and objective orientation in curriculum, the
narrowness of curriculum content and the alienation of curriculum activities, greatly affect the realization
of the ultimate course goal. Therefore, we should establish a development-oriented curriculum concept,
adhere to the curriculum orientation under the idea of sustainable development, integrate the curriculum
content, and implement the comprehensive teaching. They are the most urgent tasks of reforming the
curriculum system of career education. |
