高等教育在新型工业化进程中的价值选择

| 摘 要： |
| 高等教育是社会的一个子系统，通过其人才培养、学
术研究及服务社会三大功能与社会经济之间维持或亲或疏的
互动关系，呈现为引领社会经济发展、适应社会经济发展或
独立于社会经济发展等三种不同的价值取向。当前，我国工
业化进程正处于中期阶段，新型工业化道路有赖于科教兴国
和可持续发展战略，有赖于高等教育智力和创新的支持。发
达国家工业化进程中后期高等教育的变革为我国高等教育当
前的发展提供了可借鉴的经验。我国高等教育应适时平衡其
引领和适应的价值追求，实现认知理性和实践理性的统一，
坚持引领知识生产和科学进步、引导人才全面自由发展的主
旋律，主动适应工业化中期阶段的国情，呼应新型工业化道
路建设对技术和人才的需求，加强创新创造思维训练、培养
创新创造型专业技术人才。 |

The Value Choice of Higher Education in the Process of
New Industrialization

| The higher education is a subsystem of the society, it keeps a distant or close relationship
with the social economy through talent training, academic research and serving the society, and thus,
it presents three different value choices -- leading the development of social economy, or adapting to
the development of social economy, and or being independent of the development of social economy. At
present, China is in the middle stage of industrialization process, the new industrialization depends on
the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of sustainable
development, and also depends on the intellectual and creative support from higher education. The reform
of higher education in the late period of industrialization in developed countries has provided a lot of
experiences for us. Chinese higher education should balance the value pursuit of leading and adapting,
and realize the unity of cognitive reason and practical reason. We should also adhere to the themes of
leading the knowledge production and scientific progress, and cultivating the all-rounded talent, and
adapt to the national conditions of the middle stage of industrialization actively. Finally, we should
respond to the needs of technology and talent in the process of new industrialization, and strengthen the
training of innovative thinking to cultivate the creative and technical personnel. |
