教育工作者的自省

| 教师、教育工作者经常的自省是必要的。教育工作者出
于内心呼唤，要多多关注学生的需要，放弃要求者的心态，只
做被要求者。从平等主义、自由主义、个人主义出发，教师需
要更好地更多地修炼自己，包括提升自己，也检点自己，做个
像人的人，永远也不去做动员、激励、调动之类的事。教师工
作为学生，为学校，也确实是为民族、为国家，但也为了自己，
展示自己，是做给自己看的。教育工作者面向一个个活生生
的学生，虽然天生会偏向于个性教育，但真正有效地实施个
性教育是相当不容易的，想把人培养成一个模式，实在有违
天意。 |

| It is necessary for teachers and educators to be often introspected. Educators, calling
for the heart, should pay a lot of attention to the needs of students, with waiver mentality, and are
only those who were asked. From the point of equality, liberalism, individualism, teachers need to be
better to practice their own, including the upgrading himself, behaving himself, being like a man who
never do such as mobilizing, motivating and stimulating others. Teachers work for students, schools,
and indeed for the nation, but also for themselves, and show themselves, who are doing to be seen for
himself. Educators face real live students, although naturally be biased towards individualized education,
but it is not quite easy to implement the real effective individualized education, and contrary to the
nature for a man to be developed into a pattern. |
