安徽近代高等教育发展的特点及启示

| 摘 要： |
| 安徽近代高等教育发展大致分为清末时期、北京国民政
府时期和南京国民政府时期。研究安徽近代高等教育发展的历
程，分析安徽清末、北京国民政府和南京国民政府三个阶段安徽
高等教育发展的特点发现，安徽近代高等教育具有起步早、起点
高、但发展屡次中断、受经济因素和政治因素干扰强烈，高等教
育发展没有根植于当时的社会实际等特点。因此，为了自身的可
持续发展，高等教育要跟政治保持适当距离，避免过度政治化导
致高等教育发展的剧烈波动；同时，高等教育要主动深入社会实
践，在服务社会发展中发展自己，发展出属于自己的本土高等教
育理论。 |

The Characteristics and Enlightenments of the
Development of Modern Higher Education in Anhui
Province

| The development of modern higher education in Anhui is roughly divided into
three periods of the late Qing Dynasty, the Beijing National Government and the Nanjing National
Government. By the Review of the history of modern higher education in Anhui, it could be found that
modern higher education in Anhui started comparatively early from a relatively high level, but was met
with intermittent disruptions in its development and was not successfully rooted in the social realities
due to the strong interference of economic and political factors then. Therefore, in order to achieve the
sustainable development of higher education, a proper distance should be kept between higher education
and politics so as to avoid the violent fluctuations resulting from too much exposure to political influence.
Meanwhile, we should take the initiative to integrate higher education into social practice in order to
achieve its development in serving society and develop our own theories of higher education. |
