高等职业教育就业质量生态系统的平衡

| 在高等职业教育就业生态系统中，从毕业生入学到就业，
毕业生主体—学校—用人单位之间的“营养”关系常常不是简单
的线性关系，而是彼此联系、相互影响的非线性关系。就业生态
系统的稳定性与就业价值生态、就业质量生态、就业结构生态和
就业制度生态息息相关。只有把握好毕业生这一主体和周围环境
之间的关系，才能实现毕业生从“输入—转换—输出”这一过程
中生态系统的平衡。学校、用人单位、政府通过预测就业生态行
为、建立就业生态预警监测机制，共同营建以就业质量为核心的
就业生态评价体系，在此基础上促进职业能力为导向的动态课程
体系建设，营造以就业价值为核心的社会观念生态圈。 |

The Balance of the Ecology System of Employment Quality in
Higher Vocational Education

| In the employment ecosystem of higher vocational education, the relationship among
graduates colleges - enterprises from admission to employment, are often not a simple linear relation,
but a complex network. The stability of the employment ecological system is closely linked with the
ecology of employment value, employment quality, employment quality and the employment system.
Only by dealing well with the relationship between graduates and their surroundings, can it realize the
balance of the ecosystem. Colleges, enterprises and government should predict the ecological behavior
of employment; build warning surveillance mechanism of employment ecology, so as to co-build the
ecological evaluation system which is based on the employment quality. In this way, the construction of
dynamic occupation ability oriented curriculum system can be accelerated, thus to build social ecosystem
with employment value at its core. |
