地方本科高校转型:本质、原则与路径

摘 要: |
地方本科高校之“应然”是“应用型”,但在人才培养
的实践中却一定程度偏离了应用型方向。地方本科高校的转
型一个现实目标是实现其“应然”,转型的本质是转变人才
培养方式,落脚点是课程改革。基于学习成果理论的课程改
革,注重学生能力培养,推动教学范式从教师中心向学生中心
的转变,契合地方本科高校的转型改革。转型是政府引导下
的高校自主转型,转型应遵循尊重多样性、整体与系统性、获
得转型主体的支持等原则。 |

Transformation of the Local Undergraduate Universities

What the local undergraduate colleges and universities ought to be is application-oriented.
But in fact, the practice of talent training is deviating from the direction of the application. A realistic
goal of transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities is to achieve what they ought to
be. The essence of the transformation is the transformation of the talent training mode and the foothold
is the reform of curriculum. Curriculum reform which is based on the theory of the learning outcomes
pays attention to students' ability training, promotes the shift of teaching paradigm from teachers to
students and corresponds to the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities. The
transformation is an autonomous reformation process of the local undergraduate colleges and universities
guided by the government, and the transformation should follow the principles like respect for diversity,
the integrality and systematicness. Meanwhile, it should get the support of the main body of the
transformation. |
