用人单位究竟需要什么样的毕业生?
——基于用人单位视角的大学生就业力调查

大学毕业生数量急剧增长,大学生就业形势严峻,如
何培养大学生的就业力已然成为各界关注的热点问题。当下的
研究往往从大学教育的角度来探讨大学生就业力的培养,却往
往忽略用人单位的需求。我们通过问卷调查的方法,从用人单
位对已招聘的大学毕业生就业力表现评价、招聘毕业生就业力
期望、毕业生就业力准备状况的评价等三个维度,来呈现用人
单位对大学生就业力的需求的真实状况。研究发现:毕业生基
础知识获认可,就业态度亟待改善;已就业毕业生的工作表现
与用人单位的期望存在较大落差;毕业生的就业准备与用人单
位的期望不完全匹配。 |

What Kind of Graduates do Employers Need?

As the number of university graduates increases sharply, the employment situation of
undergraduates is grim. How to cultivate the employability of college students has become the hot
issue. Rather than the perspective of employer's requirements, the present research on the cultivation
of university students' employability is often from the perspective of university education. By the
questionnaire survey method, this paper shows the real needs of the employer about the employability of
college students by three dimensions-the employer’s estimate of the employability of recruited graduates,
employment expectations for recruiting graduates, the evaluation of graduate employment readiness. The
results reveal that the basic knowledge of graduates is approved by the employer, but their employment
attitude needs to be improved, there is a big gap between the job performance of the graduates and
the employer expectation, the employment preparation of graduates is not completely matched with the
employer expectation. |
