利益、精英和信任：大学学术系统运行的框架分析

| 摘 要： |
| 学术系统是知识生产、交流和服务等相关学术活动与
学术组织形式(如学科、专业、研究领域等)相互关联、共同构
成的结构化的整体系统。从微观的个体学术行动出发来探讨
学术等级系统的生成与运行，可见：利益是个体学术活动背后
的共同驱动因素；学术精英是学术活动的主导力量；信任是学
术活动间和学术组织相互作用的联结机制。利益、精英和信任
三者及其之间的相互作用构筑了大学学术系统运行的独特分
析框架。其中，利益的动态平衡是学术系统持续运行的前提；
精英知识权威主导作用的发挥是关键；有约束的信任机制是
学术系统健康运行的保障。 |

Benefit, Elite and Trust: The Frame Analysis for Academic
System’s Running

| The academic system is a whole structural system of knowledge production, communication
and service and other related academic activities and academic organization form. From the microcosmic
perspective of the individual academic action to explore the academic level system in operation, we
can see that the benefit is the common driving factors for individual academic activities, the academic
elite is the leading power of academic activities, and trust is a coupling mechanism between academic
activities and academic organization. The unique analysis framework of university academic system is
built by benefits, elites and trust and their interactions. Among them, the dynamic balance of benefit
is the premise for the continuous operation of academic system, the leading role of the elite knowledge
authority is the key, and the constrained trust mechanism is the guarantee for healthy academic system. |
