| 作为中国近代高等教育史上具有重要影响的知名大学，
南京高等师范学校与国立东南大学之所以能够在十三年的办
学历程中形成极具特色的校园文化，发挥出显著的育人影响，
并培养出一大批卓越人才，与校长郭秉文着眼于育人、注重在
南京高师与东南大学“培育一种文化生活”密不可分。他注重
从营造优美中正的校园文化入手来陶冶和熏陶学生，注重基于
重构学生生活方式来发展学生之健全人格和独立个性。南京高
师与东南大学校园文化是南京高师与东南大学师生所创造的
物质环境、精神产品和生活方式。以校园价值观为内核的大学
精神是大学校园文化的灵魂。基于师生合作的学生自治是大学
校园文化建设的载体。郭秉文始终站在培育适应民主社会生活
的理想公民、构筑崇尚研究高深学术的大学文化与精神氛围，
以及大学引领与示范社会前行的高度来思考与定位校园文化
在南京高师与东南大学办学实践中的地位。 |

The Shape and Function of the Campus Culture in Nanjing
Higher Normal School and National Southeast University in
GUO Bing-wen Period

| As well-known universities in modern Chinese history of higher education, Nanjing
Higher Normal School and National Southeast University have formed a very unique campus culture
in thirteen years, had significant education impact and trained a large number of outstanding talents.
These achievements were benefited the principal GUO Bing-wen who focused on cultivating people and
fostering a kind of cultural life. Principal GUO emphasized cultivating and nurturing students by forming
excellent campus culture, paid attention to developing students’ healthy personality and independent
personality by the reconstruction of student lifestyle. The campus culture of Nanjing Higher Normal
School and National Southeast University was the physical environment, spiritual products and lifestyle
created by teachers and students. The university spirit is the soul. Student government based on the
cooperation among teachers and students is the carrier of university campus culture construction. Principal
Guo always thought about the position and orientation of campus culture in the South and East high
school practice by standing on the height of cultivating good citizenship for democratic society, building
a kind of university culture and spiritual atmosphere valued academic research, and making university
lead society. |
