小班讨论的组织模式和教学效果
——响应学生需求的视角

摘 要: |
小班讨论教学模式为解决学生实践能力差等问题提
供了新思路。以学生为本意味着教学中应重视和响应其合理
需求。学生需求-组织模式-教学效果(DMP)分析框架提出:
通过组织模式的创新优化和组合运用有效地响应学生的合理
需求,实现小班讨论的最佳教学效果。基于问卷调查和计量
研究发现:生动趣味、联系实践和自主创新等需求最受学生重
视;案例分析和投资模拟等组织模式的教学效果相对更好;小
班讨论的组织模式不同,所响应的学生需求类型也不同,有四
种模式积极响应了自主创新需求,仅一种模式积极响应了生动
趣味需求。应把握各种组织模式与学生需求之间的内在联系,
结合学生需求和能力进行组织模式的创新设计和综合运用。 |

The Organization Mode and Teaching Performance of Small
Class Discussion

The teaching mode of small class discussion provides a new way to solve the problem of
poor students' practical ability. Student-centered teaching means that more attention should be paid to
satisfy the reasonable demand of students. An analysis framework named DMP (demand of students,
organization mode and teaching performance) is proposed by this paper. It argues that the best teaching
effect of small class discussion can be realized by the optimal and innovative combination of organization
mode, and it should be done effectively to respond to the reasonable needs of students. Based on the
questionnaire survey and research findings, we know that students pay more attention to lively and
interesting teaching, professional practice and independent innovation. And the teaching effect of the
organization models such as case study and experiment is relatively better. Different types of organization
mode of small-class discussion connect with different kinds of students' demand. There are four modes
positively response to the demand for independent innovation, only one model actively responds to the
needs of interesting demands. The relationship between the teaching mode and students' needs should be
fully explored in practice. We should combine the students' needs and the ability to do the innovation of
organization mode and the combinational design. |
