扩招以来高校毕业生就业观研究综述与前瞻

| 摘 要： |
| 高校扩招以来，毕业生就业观问题引起了学术界的广
泛关注，相关研究主要集中在高校毕业生就业观的概念与结
构、高校毕业生就业观现状与特点、高校毕业生就业观的影响
因素、高校毕业生就业观对就业的影响、高校毕业生就业观的
教育与引导等五个方面，取得了一定的研究成果，但也存在理
论研究不深入、研究范式创新不足等问题。当前及今后一段时
间，我们应进一步加强对高校毕业生就业观的形成机理、差异
性、测量技术、引导体系等问题的研究。 |

Review and Prospect of College Graduates’ View on

| Since the enrollment expansion in colleges, graduates’ view on employment arouses
extensive interests in academic field. The research of this issue mainly concentrates on five aspects,
namely, its concepts and structure, its present situation and characteristics, its influential factors, its
influence on employment as well as its education and instruction. Though its research has been fruitful
to a certain degree, it is neither deep nor creative enough. Therefore, attention should be paid to
the formation, difference, measuring technology and guidance system of college students’ view on
employment at present and in the coming research. |
