摘 要: |
目的: 探究“90后”大学生的心理健康、主观幸福感
和个性的关系。方法:采用SCL-90 症状量表、主观幸福感
量表和艾森克个性量表(EPQ)对500名90后大学生进行抽
样调查。 结果: 主观幸福感的生活满意度和积极情绪维度与
SCL-90 症状各因子及EPQ的精神质和神经质呈显著负相关
关系(p<0.05;P<0.01),消极情绪与SCL-90 症状各因子和
EPQ的精神质、神经质呈显著正相关关系(p<0.05;P<0.01);
SCL-90 症状各因子与EPQ的精神质、神经质有显著负相
关关系(p<0.05;P<0.01),与内外向有显著的正相关关系
(p<0.05;P<0.01);多元回归分析结果表明,抑郁、偏执、恐
怖、个性的内外向得分、神经质得分对主观幸福感的不同维度
有显著的预测作用(p<0.05;P<0.01)。 结论: 90后大学生的心
理健康、主观幸福感和个性密切相关,大学生心理问题与心理
障碍不利于主观幸福感和积极个性养成,减少消极心理症状、
养成积极个性品质是实施大学生心理健康教育和幸福感教育
的重要内容和途径。 |

This paper aims to explore the relationship among mental health, subjective well-being
and personality of post-90s undergraduates. 500 undergraduates are investigated with the use of methods
of SCL-90 symptom scale, subjective well-being scale and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ).
There exists a significant negative correlation between life satisfaction and positive emotion dimensions
of subjective well-being and SCL-90 symptom factors and EPQ psychoticism and neuroticism (p<0.05;
P<0.01), and a significant positive correlation between negative emotion and SCL-90 symptom factors
and EPQ psychoticism, neuroticism (p<0.05; P<0.01). There are a significant negative correlation
between SCL-90 symptom factors and EPQ psychoticism, neuroticism (p<0.05; P<0.01), positive
correlation with extraversion significantly (p<0.05; P<0.01). Multiple regression analysis results show
that, paranoia, depression, terror of introversion, neuroticism scores are significant predictors of
different dimensions of subjective happiness (p<0.05; P<0.01). The mental health, subjective wellbeing and personality of post-90s undergraduates are closely related. The psychological problems and
mental disorders of undergraduates are not conducive to the subjective well-being and positive personality
cultivation. Reducing the negative psychological symptoms, forming the positive qualities may be the
important content and ways of psychological health education and happiness education of undergraduates. |
