基于2003年教育部社科重大攻关项目学术发展力

| 2003年，教育部首次推出哲学社会科学研究重大课题
攻关项目，旨在组建研究团队，推进高校学术快速发展，回应
国家社会发展中的重大需求。本文利用中国高校人文社会科学
信息网和CNKI数据库的相关数据信息，统计分析2003年获批
的教育部39项重大攻关项目的学术发展力及评价项目实施成
效，为国家进一步发展繁荣哲学社会科学研究提供参考。研究
结果显示：教育部重大项目几乎覆盖了所有人文社会学科，多
数项目研究成果丰硕，首席专家表现出较强的学术生产力与影
响力，但应加强项目契合性评估。 |

| The plan of promoting philosophy and social science’s prosperity is an important strategy
to national economic and social development. In 2003, the Ministry of Education started to implement
the important research projects in philosophy and social science, which aims to form research teams,
promote the rapid development of academic, and respond to the national great demand. In this paper,
we use Chinese college humanities and social science information network and China National Knowledge
Infrastructure (CNKI) database to analyze the academic productivity and influence of important research
projects of 2003, so that we can understand the effect of national great strategy and provide a reference
for further development of philosophy and social science. The results show that: the important research
projects of MOE cover almost all the humanities and social science; universities undertake most of the
projects; chief experts are always outstanding in each research field; most project achievements are
abundant; the excellent productivity and influence of chief experts play good demonstration effect in
academia. |
