论教师的“讲课力”:道·学·技

摘    要:
教师传道、授业、解惑的核心能力本质是讲课能力,即 讲课力。从道、学、技三个向度出发,其讲课力体现为讲课力 之魂、讲课力之本、讲课力之术。“魂”包括讲课理念、讲课 价值、讲课思维、讲课气质、爱生精神;“本”包括学识渊博、 高效学习、孵化精进、学习环境、学习典范;“术”包括话语表 达之术、现场驾驭之术、识别学生之术、课堂设计之术、精彩 元素调剂之术。这三者中,认识论层面的“道”、价值论层面的 “学”与方法论层面的“技”相互依存、相互作用,形成一个有 机整体,共同支撑起教师的讲课力,共同形塑着教师的职业生 命力。

On Teachers’Teaching Ability : Law· Study ·Skill

Abstract:
Propagating the doctrine, imparting professional knowledge and resolving doubts are the three most important abilities for a teacher, and the core competence is the ability of teaching among them. From law, study and skill three dimensions of view, teaching ability shows its soul, essence and approach. The Soul includes teaching's idea, value, mind, quality and the spirit of loving the students. The essence includes profound knowledge, efficient learning, making progress, studying environment and model. The approach includes the techniques for language expression, scene control, recognition of students, curriculum design and the harmonization of wonderful elements. The three concepts are interdependent and interact on each other to form an organic whole, and they support teachers' teaching ability and build the common shape of teachers' occupational life together.
