冲突与整合：现代大学制度建设的价值逻辑

| 摘 要： |
| 大学制度是促进大学理想和使命实现的一系列制度之
总称，它并非冷峻、客观中立的结构体系，而是在其技术性框架
的“装置”中渗透着价值元素，内在地具有价值属性。规制与自
由是大学制度的两种不同价值，它们既对立又统一，在不同历
史时期和不同国家有着十分不同的实践表现。在行政至上的文
化背景和社会条件下，我国大学制度之规制与自由的矛盾比较
紧张，产生了一些严重的消极后果。消解价值矛盾，推进现代
大学制度建设，需要崇尚自由价值，强化大学制度的精神；重
构规制价值，增进大学制度的科学化；平衡规制与自由价值，
完善中国特色现代大学制度。 |

Conflict and Integration: The Value Logic of Modern
University System Construction

| University system is a general term for a series of systems which can facilitate the
fulfillment of college dream and task. It is not a cold, objective, neutral system, but permeates value
components in its “technological equipment” and has the property of value. The two different values
of university system are system and freedom which oppose to and unify with each other and their
manifestations vary according to times and countries. Based on such a cultural background and social
condition which overemphasizes administration, the contradiction between Chinese university system and
freedom is strangely strained and result in negative influence. Eliminating value contradiction, promoting
the construction of modern university system, we need to advocate the value of freedom, strengthen
the spirit of university system; reconstruct regulation value, enhance the scientifization of university
system; balance regulations and freedom value, and improve modern university system with Chinese
characteristics. |
