异化与制度化：现代大学学术权力审思

| 学术权力来源于高深知识与学术自由，是大学组织的原
生权力和基础权力。落实学术权力是现代大学制度建设的题中
要义。当前我国高校学术权力偏离原始价值追求，存在诸多异
化问题，主要表现为高深知识生产功利化、权力关系依附化、
权力运行同盟化、学术利益本位化等。为消解学术权力异化困
境，有必要从权力行为、权力组织、权力运行规则及权力监督四
个方面展开制度化路径探讨，建立学术权力四位一体的运行规
范体系 |

An Examination and Thinking of Alienation and
Institutionalization of Modern University Academic Power

| Academic power comes from the advanced knowledge and academic freedom, and it is
the primary rights and basic power of university organization. Implementation of academic power is the
essence of modern university system construction. Currently, academic power in colleges and universities
deviates from the original value pursuit. It has some alienation problems, mainly manifested as utilitarian
during advanced knowledge production, dependence of power relations, alliance of power operation, and
selfishness of academic interests. To digest alienation of academic power, we should establish operation
standard system of academic power from four aspects of power behavior, power organization, power
operation regulation and power supervision. |
