幸福教育三题

摘    要:
谈论幸福教育,首先要解决三个基本问题。一是何谓幸福教育?从形上之维来看,幸福教育应该是符合人的自然状态和天性,遵循德性的要求,促进人的自由和全面发展的教育。二是幸福教育何以可能?从形下之维来看,幸福教育首先要体现为一个师生精神愉悦的过程,其次要有一套公平正义的制度设计,最后要建立一个科学可行的幸福教育指标测量体系。三是我国的幸福教育如何得以实现?幸福教育的实现与很多因素有关,如教育理念、教育模式、教育制度、教育的方式方法等等,但从我国来看,当下最为关键和根本的在于党的执政理念、领导方式的转变以及国家整体改革的顺利推进和教育治理模式的形成。

Three Questions of Happiness Education

We should solve three basic problems about happiness education. Firstly, what is happiness education? From the metaphysical dimension, happiness education should be in line with the human nature, follow the requirements of virtue, and promote the free and comprehensive development of human. Secondly, how is happy education possible? From the metaphysics dimension, happiness education must be a happy process for teachers and students, it must have a set of fairness and justice system, and there should be a scientific and feasible index measuring system. Thirdly, how can happiness education be realized in China? To achieve happiness education is related with many factors, such as education idea, education mode, education system, education methods and so on, but the most critical and fundamental lies in the transformation of the party's ruling philosophy and leadership style, the actualization of national overall reform and the formation of educational governance pattern
