人的个性发展的理论视角、基本内涵和路径抉择

| 强调人的自由全面发展是马克思主义发展观的基本向度。发展人的个性是中国共产党科学发展观的基本立场。胡锦涛在继承毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民关于发展人的个性理论的基础上，结合时代主题，明确提出了尊重与发展人的个性的思想。个性是一个多学科概念。个性发展是人的创造品质和创造能力的发展，是人的社会关系的发展，是建立在全面发展基础之上的更准确、更深刻的发展，是个体的一种自主自觉的行为。个体必须在正确处理好个人、集体、社会关系的基础上，在坚持德才兼备、全面发展的基本要求下，在充分发挥主体性、强化自主意识中发展自己的个性。 |

| It is a basic dimension of Marxist sense of development to put an emphasis on free and
well-rounded development of human beings. Individuality development is the basic position of CPC’s
scientific outlook on development. Based on the theory of individuality development by MAO Ze-dong,
DENG Xiao-ping and JIANG Ze-min, HU Jin-tao claims clearly to respect and develop people’s
individuality. Individuality is a multi-disciplinary concept. Individuality development is based on wellrounded development and concerned with developing human’s creativity and social relations, which is
an autonomous and self-conscious behavior, much more accurate and profound. The individual should
reasonably handle the relationship between the society, the collective and himself and follow the principle
of integrity of morality with talent and well-rounded development to develop his own individuality by
fully developing his subjectivity and strengthening his self-consciousness. |
